Florianopolis,
System of modular plants for Caimi

A slender geometric frame encloses a soft, asymmetrical volume, leaving it seemingly suspended. In the contrast between the precision of the lines and the movement of the surfaces, plants find a space to inhabit, and leaves the freedom to reach beyond its boundaries.
Available in two shapes, the planters can stand alone or be placed together to compose small indoor landscapes. Their modular design allows volumes and greenery to alternate, creating a different sequence each time.
The matt black tubular steel frame surrounds a removable bowl made of glossy black technopolymer. A removable sheet steel top echoes the bowl’s contours through an irregular opening, tracing the transition from the geometry of the frame to the shapes of the plants.
