the multifaceted personality

Resulting from the merger of Banca Commerciale Italiana, Cariplo and Banco Ambrosiano Veneto, this is now the country’s largest bank, with over 2200 branch offices scattered across the national territory.

          Foreword
In a phase of passage, the name Intesa BCI was utilized together with the original brands, which have a strong appeal for clients because they are banks with a long history and a strong identity.
          Project
We have designed the Banca Intesa brand in an original way, creating chromatic shadings starting with the three colors of the original banks, through the invention of a “Multifaceted Personality”: a variegated and inclusive identity that communicates a sense of the same care devoted to every client, from private citizens to large corporations. There has thus been a total design of the branding system, which covers the banks of the group, foreign banks and divisions, signs, chromatic zoning and signage systems for the branches, an exclusive square format for retail financial communications, credit cards, debit cards and checks, sustainability reports, datebooks and promotional materials.
          Results
Banca Intesa is positioned as the strongest and most innovative bank in a period of corporate aggregation and reorganization of the market, and becomes an indispensable reference point on the national market.
