“When you are below the shady boughs of a big tree that delicately filter the light and spread their effects of brightness and shadow, silence comes naturally”. With this in mind has been designed Botanica, a special sound absorbing system for Caimi.

Botanica is composed of a metal structure with the form of long, twisting and sinuous branches, and many soft leaves covered in fabric for high acoustic absorption performance. The branches climb with slow precision on the walls and spread out horizontally, invading the space of the ceiling. The result is a visually cushioned, gentle interior that urges us to speak more softly and to enjoy the rhythm of our heartbeat.
Just as if we were under a tree.

Its geometry is based on a preset module, which gives to designers the possibility of creating an infinite range of solutions with the movement of the leaves that is different every time.
The curved load-bearing branch can host up to 6 attached leaves for an extension of 260 cm.
